Registration Information and Fees
IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration for this year’s reunion is now closed as the Reunion Committee had to submit final counts to the campground and our caterers. New registrations will not be accepted.
Registration for this year’s reunion opens at noon Eastern time (11am Central, 10am Mountain, 9am Pacific) on February 15, 2026.
Registration for this event must be made through the Phoenix Cruiser Travel Club website.
You MUST register online to be included in reunion events, activities, and meals. Your registration fee includes:
- Five nights on a full hookup site at the American Heritage Resort. All sites have 30 and 50 amp electric.
- Meet and Greet
- 3 breakfasts – 2 hot and one continental
- 3 dinners
- Ice Cream social
- Bingo with prizes
- Live entertainment
The fee for all of the above is $619 for one attendee and $832 for two attendees. Additional attendees are $213 each.
There is an optional day trip to Colonial Williamsburg on Tuesday, September 29th that costs $62 per attendee. This includes round-trip shuttle transportation and a one day pass to Colonial Williamsburg. The day trip is limited to 70 attendees.
Want Extra Nights in Williamsburg?
Would you like to stay at the campground for a couple of extra days before and/or after the reunion? If so, you will need to contact the campground directly. If space is available, they will make your reservation and GLADLY place you in the same site you will occupy for the reunion.
When making your reservation, be sure to indicate that you are with the Phoenix Cruiser Reunion group, Sunday, September 27th – Friday, October 2nd.
A one-night deposit of $88.76 is due at the time of booking. At check-in, you will be rebated 10% for any Good Sam discount, military discount, etc.

Do not contact the campground to make reservations for the reunion dates. Doing so does not register you for the reunion and does not entitle you to participate in any reunion meetings, events, activities, or meals.
Important Notes
Registration is limited to 50 campsites. We expect a high-level of interest in the Williamsburg Reunion, and we urge those interested to be ready to sign-on to the Phoenix Cruiser Travel Club website on February 15 when registration opens at 12:00 noon Eastern Time.
A waitlist will be maintained to hold registrations in excess of the 50 available campsites. We will also maintain a waitlist for the day trip if more than 70 people sign up for it. Any cancelled reunion registrations or day trip reservations will be filled in order of placement on the respective waitlist. Waitlisted members will be notified by the Treasurer when reassignments occur.
The registration form is designed so you can register up to three people online. If you plan to have four or more people, please register the first three online and email our Treasurer (treasurer@phoenixcruisertravelclub.org) with information about your other attendees.
Invoicing and Payment: After registering you will receive an invoice and payment instructions from the Treasurer. Payment must be postmarked on or before the due date specified on the invoice.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your registration, please send an email to our Treasurer (treasurer@phoenixcruisertravelclub.org) as soon as possible to allow another club member the opportunity to attend.
A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if we are notified before 5pm Eastern time August 10th (4pm Central, 3pm Mountain, 2pm Pacific). Cancellation requests received after that will not be eligible for a refund as our final counts will have been confirmed with our vendors.
There will be no exceptions to this policy!
